Города-кандидаты должны представить планируемое размещение зрителей во время Игр. Эти планы не обязывают ОКОИ обеспечивать номера для зрителей таким же образом, как для других клиентских групп. Однако требуется, чтобы город-организатор обладал достаточным количеством номеров по разумным ценам и на разумном расстоянии от соревновательных объектов.

accommodation plan for spectators
Candidate cities are required to provide details regarding their accommodation plan for spectators during the Games. Such a plan does not obligate the OCOG to provide rooms for spectators in the same manner as for other client groups. However, it does require that a Host City has sufficient rooms available, at reasonable prices and reasonable distances from competition venues.

Through its whole length, in the middle, a wall four feet high and about twelve broad was built, called spina, at the ends of which there were three columns upon one base (meta), around which the combatants were required to pass seven times before the prize was awarded.
